Northern Lights over the Blyth Beach Huts

The aurora borealis over the beach huts, green curtains filling the sky and a deep red pillar rising directly above the row, the huts glowing softly under their lamps while a lone figure watches from the far end. Landscape format, a night the North East coast will remember.

The Blyth beach huts were built as part of the multi-million-pound regeneration of the seafront, which also brought a plaza, performance amphitheatre and adventure play area. Each hut was individually named by local school children, whose artwork is displayed inside, and they can be hired for the day through the council in the summer months.
