Where are you based?

You will find me at Tynemouth Market every weekend, inside Tynemouth Metro Station. My stall is on the East Platform, the biggest one, at the North end. The quickest way to find me is to take the entrance nearest Davanti's Restaurant.

Do you have a shop?

No, I do not have a shop. Other than online, Tynemouth Market and the occasional pop up event are the places to see the prints in person.

What sizes and frame options are available?

All of my photographs are printed in three standard sizes, 8x6 inch, 12x8 inch and 16x12 inch, and each one is supplied in a textured cream cardboard mount. The frame size you need is the mount size, so a 10x8 inch frame takes the 8x6 inch print in its 10x8 inch mount, a 16x12 inch frame takes the 12x8 inch print, and a 20x16 inch frame takes the 16x12 inch print. There are two frame choices, a black woodgrain finish and a French oak effect finish, each with a 39mm moulding. All frames come with brackets fitted to the back for easy hanging, and the 10x8 inch frames also include a strut back so they can stand on their own.

Can I order a frame with more than one photograph?

Yes, I offer a 20x10 inch frame holding three 7x5 inch photographs of your choice. To order one, please get in touch through the contact page and I will help you choose the images.

What is the largest size you do?

I can print larger than the three standard sizes. Almost any size is possible, so send me a message with the size you have in mind and I will give you a price.

Do you offer a discount if I buy more than one?

I run special offers when you visit me in person at Tynemouth Market or at other events, so it is always worth having a look at the stall.

Do you take custom commissions?

Commissions are very welcome. Send me a message through the contact page explaining what you would like, whether that is a particular location, a special occasion or a bespoke size, and I will see what I can do.

How long does delivery take and what does it cost?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Everything is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and postage is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order, starting from £2.85 for a small mounted print.

How are prints packaged?

Accepted Answer

Mounted prints are packed in a cellophane sleeve with stiff card backing inside a board backed do not bend envelope. Framed prints are bubble wrapped and shipped in a rigid box so they arrive safely.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, gift vouchers are available on the gift vouchers page in amounts from £10 to £100. They are delivered by email, they do not expire, and any unspent balance stays on the code for next time.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging, and I will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let me know, and a further 14 days to return it. Items need to come back unused and in their original condition, and return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. Custom orders, such as bespoke print sizes and commissions, are made especially for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Unused gift vouchers can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. None of this affects your statutory rights.
